Accounts cum Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
- Assist in daily accounting & administration operation in the company
- Perform general duties such as invoicing and documentation
- Managing the reception desk which includes all calls and guests
- Prepare tenders and proposals
Education: Minimum Certifcate holder or equivalent.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge in any accounting software would be an added advantage.
- Possess own transport.
- Able to communicate in English & Malay fluently.
