Accounts cum Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

  • Assist in daily accounting & administration operation in the company
  • Perform general duties such as invoicing and documentation
  • Managing the reception desk which includes all calls and guests
  • Prepare tenders and proposals

Education: Minimum Certifcate holder or equivalent.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge in any accounting software would be an added advantage.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Able to communicate in English & Malay fluently.
