Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer (Experience: 7- 10 Years)
Instrumentation Design for Refinery, Petrochemicals, Offshore/Onshore Oil Production facilities, Gas/liquid/oil separation, oil treatment, produced water treatment, gas processing. Experience in:

• Preparation of Instrumentation datasheet like, CV, PSV, Pressure and temperature instruments, flow meters, level
• Preparation of Purchase requisition for all instrument items
• Complete knowledge on DCS, advanced control, on line analyzer, CCTV, Console and Junction box.
• Document preparation on IPF, Safeguarding memo, Burner control, loop diagram, cause and effect diagram
• Plant commissioning and trouble shooting of instrument
• Preparation of Control Narrative
• Participation in the preparation of P&ID, Operating manual
• Instrument Cable Schedules/cable drum schedules
• Instrument/equipment installation standards
• Instrument cable routing/cable tray/Trench layout
• Junction box schedules/connection diagram
• Marshalling box connection diagram
• Instrument impulse line process hook up
• Alarm and Trip schedules, Fire and gas detection system design
• Functional Logic diagram, I/O lists
• Bid evaluation
• Safety equipment list, Hazardous area classification
• Electrical load list/Consumer list
• Indoor/Outdoor lighting design calculations
• Cable sizing/voltage drop/earthling calculations
• SLD
• All motor and other electrical PR preparation
• Connection/wing/termination diagram, Cable routing/Cable trench layout
• Datasheet for switch board and other items Plant Revamp/Trouble shooting
• Design of Utilities and Offsite facilities, Tank farm and long distance pipelines
